Purchase Agreement

This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to all products and services purchased through AutoLikesMonster.com. Please ensure you read and understand all conditions before making any purchase.

1. Fulfillment of Orders

Once your order has been received via our website, we will confirm your purchase via email within 24 hours. Orders placed after 8:00 PM (Central Standard Time) will be processed the next business day.  Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next business day.  We provide a delivery time estimation when you process your order but we can not make any guarantees. Our estimation is not a guarantee.

2. Traffic Estimates

Our primary service is to social media marketing. Under no circumstances can we guarantee fan or follower interaction with any of our services. However, from regular feedback from our customers, we can be almost certain that our services will have a very positive effect on your business.

3. Replacement Policy & Procedures

Within 14 days after order completion, if you experience a drop in followers below the purchased amount, we will replace the lost amount at no cost to you.

We will only replace followers purchased and delivered from us.  We will not replace followers purchased from another provider.  We keep a record of all followers delivered by us to your account.  Upon receipt of your replacement request, we will scan your account and compare your current list of followers against our database.  Only the followers that were delivered by our system and subsequently dropped from your account within the 14 day replacement policy period will be replaced.

Due to the nature of these services, followers may drop over time due to updates by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others. Therefore, we are unable to provide a guarantee against loss of followers beyond our 14 day replacement period unless specifically noted on the individual product page of our website.

Instagram Followers with 2 Year Automatic Replacement Guarantee

Within 2 years after order completion, if you experience a drop in followers below the purchased amount, we will automatically replace the lost amount at no cost to you.  This guarantee covers your starting follower count plus the total number of followers purchased.  It is normal to experience an initial drop in followers immediate after order completion.  This is to be expected.  We deliver additional followers (more than is purchased) to cover this initial drop. Our 2 Year Automatic Replacement Guarantee will not replace the additional followers we initially deliver to cover the anticipated drops.

We will only replace followers purchased and delivered by our system.  We will not replace followers purchased from another provider.  We keep a record of all followers delivered by us to your account.  Accounts will be scanned once per week by our system and it will compare your current list of followers against our database.  Only the followers that were delivered by our system and subsequently dropped from your account within the 2 year replacement policy period will be replaced.

 

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final. 

If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to deliver any portion of your purchase, within 7 business days after receipt of your order, we will provide a refund via your original payment method for the pro-rated balance of the undelivered order.

Will will make every effort to cancel an order at the client's request, but due to the nature of our services, once an order is in progress, it cannot be cancelled. Any orders cancelled on request of the purchaser will be credited back to the purchaser's AutoLikesMonster.com account for the pro-rated amount, plus a $5 cancellation fee. You may use your account credit on future orders from AutoLikesMonster.com. Account credits do not have an expiration date. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued back to your PayPal or credit card account.

5. Cancellation of Auto Services

Due to the automatic nature of our service, we are unable to cancel a current, active subscription and no refunds will be issued.

If you are currently participating in our auto renewal services, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account or by contacting us. You must do so at least 2 Business Days before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being billed for the next subscription cycle. Due to the automatic nature of our service, we are unable to cancel a current, active subscription and no refunds will be issued. Service is automatically renewed upon successful payment receipt from PayPal. Failed payments will result in service interruption.

6. Third-Party Account Termination

Our work to date has never resulted in banned accounts on third party social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. We never use any techniques that would put an account at risk, however, please be aware that as a result of using our service, you agree that any terminations of your third-party accounts as a result of using our services are at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for this. You understand that by using our services there is a possibility that your site may be banned from social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google plus etc. You accept all risk for this and we may not be held responsible for any terminations.

7. Disputes

Any dispute filed against our company with either your bank, credit card company, PayPal or any other third party for a payment made to us, for whatever reason, will result in the ban/suspension of your account with us immediately and any portion of any of your funds, used or unused, will be immediately forfeited.

Notice: Fraudulent chargebacks and disputes will be reported to both federal and local law enforcement authorities for investigation and prosecution.

8. auto likes subscription termination due to abuse of service

Our Instagram Auto Likes and Views service includes UNLIMITED posts. There are no daily, weekly or monthly maximum limits.  However, in order to maintain system stability, accounts will be scanned for new posts every 10 minutes.  If more than 1 post is uploaded during the 10 minute scan interval, only the first post will receive likes/views.  

In order to keep our service unlimited for all of our clients, we ask that you use our service responsibly.  Abuse of our service will result in immediate subscription termination. 

What customer actions do we consider abuse?
1.  Uploading and then deleting posts while likes are being delivered.
2.  Mass uploading posts/uploading multiple posts back to back.  Please allow likes to your current post to be delivered completely before uploading a new post.  To prevent abuse, our system will only pick-up one post per 3 minutes. 
3.  Utilizing our service in association with Spam, follow for follow schemes, or CPA (Click per Action) offers.

Why do we consider these actions abuse?
1.  These actions puts excess strain on our system and can affect delivery to all clients we service.
2.  These actions can compromise the safety and security of the client's Instagram account.
3.  These actions are against Instagram's own terms of service.

Customers found to be abusing of our service will receive one warning via email.  If abuse activity continues, we will immediately terminate the subscription.  In the event of account termination, store credit in the form of an electronic voucher will be issued.

Store credit will be calculated as follows:  Total number of likes delivered during the current subscription term, divided by 1,000. For each 1,000 likes delivered, client will be assessed our standard Instagram Likes for existing posts rate of $5.99 per 1,000 likes.  The sales price will then be subtracted from the total assessed amount - the difference will be the amount credited to the client in the form of an electronic voucher. 

For example:  Current subscription term, client received 12500 auto likes from our system. 

12500/1000=12.5

12.5 x $5.99 = $74.88

Total sales price for purchased package:  $150.00

$150.00 - $74.88 = $75.13 store credit

 

9. refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 


Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The Service Level Agreement is applicable to all services delivered directly to Customers of AutoLikesMonster.com. The up-time guarantees are applied on a monthly basis unless specified otherwise.

Scheduled Maintenance

From time to time, AutoLikesMonster.com is required to perform scheduled maintenance on its website, hardware, and networks. Any downtime resulting from such scheduled maintenance does not qualify for SLA credit. Customers will be given advance notice of maintenance when possible.

Service Availability Guarantee

AutoLikesMonster.com guarantees 99.9% uptime for "Auto Likes" services to Customers. In the event that our service does not experience 99.9% service availability in a given month, AutoLikesMonster.com will issue a 24-hour pro-rated refund of service fees for each 24-hour period of downtime experienced.

If the downtime experienced does not exceed 12 hours in a given day, it is at the discretion of AutoLikesMonster.com to issue credit under the SLA.

To claim credit provided under the SLA, Customers must email support, within seven days of the purported outage. The Customer must include his service type, and full description of the service interruption. The SLA claim will be researched, and credit will be applied to the customer's account if necessary. SLA claims will typically be processed within 72 hours of receipt, but may take up to 5 days for processing.

SLA Exemptions

Customers currently in arrears for services do not qualify for SLA claims. Customers violating the Terms of Service in any way will not be eligible for SLA claims, nor will they be considered by certain other provisions of this Service Agreement.

Limitations

The Service Level Agreement will not apply in any situation where loss of service is caused by, or could have been prevented by the Customer (for example, if the customer’s account is set to private or if the customer provides an erroneous username).  The Service Level Agreement will not apply in circumstances where loss of service has been caused by forces beyond the Company's control, for example carrier outages, natural disasters, and wide-scale incoming DDoS attacks.
